You can find professional fashion and beauty services from all categories including fashion designing, hair styling, barbing, makeup artistry, nail art, fashion styling, spa treatment, massage etc.

On the main header, enter the specific professional and click on the search icon. You can also search for a specific professional by clicking on ‘All professional’ on the homepage and select from the list of professionals. Preferably on the home page, click on ‘Book Now’ and you will see different services from all service providers.

Find a professional, then choose a preferred service and select a date & time. You may either check availability or book immediately depending on the professional store policy. Then proceed to confirm your appointment.

Our platform is available to users globally. You can book appointments if there are fashion and beauty professionals registered in your area.

Payments for services are to be made directly to professionals after services are rendered. However, you may be required by the professional to make a deposit for a particular service and the amount may vary depending on the professional.

We are a powerhouse that connects our customers to best of breed professionals. Fashion and beauty professionals you meet on our platform have gone through quality service assurance test before approval. Please take a tour on our platform to seamlessly find professionals for different services and decide which works best for you based on their prices, portfolio, and proximity.

If you tried calling or sending messages to a professional and still can’t get through, write to us at support@jenevapalace.com, supplying us with the following:

– Order number

– Your Full Name(s)

– Your phone number

Login to your account, then go to your bookings to cancel.

No. Booking on our platform is free, however, you may be required by the professional to make a deposit for a particular service and the amount may vary depending on the professional.

You may reschedule or change your booking in the ‘Bookings’ section of your account, here you can cancel or reschedule appointments.

Yes. Each time you book an appointment you should receive your booking confirmation email. If you haven’t received this, first, check your spam/junk folder. If you find it there, please label it as ‘not spam/junk’ for future purposes. If you can’t find it in your spam/junk, you can get in touch with us at support@jenevapalace.com  and we will send another one.

 

Once you confirm your booking, your professional will be expecting you. Should there be any need to confirm your appointment at the venue just provide proof of your full name or present your reminder message.

 

It is important that complaints are first communicated to the professional/business before leaving a review as issues can often be smoothed out. If there is still a basis for disagreement, then please let our team know by generating a ticket for the service booked from your account dashboard or send an email to support@jenevapalace.com providing the following information:

– Full Name.

– Professional Name.

– Order Number.

– Date of Appointment.

– Summary of Complaint.

Please keep your comments as brief as possible. We will try our best to resolve the matter quickly with the professional.

Yes, because we operate on ‘no commission for service providers’ our business thrives on subscription charges. To view plans & pricing, please click on ‘Join Professionals’ on the main header, then click on ‘Register Services’ to view plans.

Customers make payments for services directly to professionals after services are rendered. However, you must subscribe to a plan to receive bookings from customers on our platform.

 

Yes, you get a unique, shareable website where your services can be booked from directly once you create a professional account.

You can teach what you already know by offering training packages to people who are interested in learning your skills. 

We run targeted ad campaigns on google, blogs, social media, etc. Also share your unique link on other platforms or directly to people to promote your website. We also run an exclusive targeted ad campaign for Business subscribers.

Yes, please look out for emails and text messages that notify you when your appointment has been booked and confirmed by the clients.

Depending on the plan you choose, you can gain access to more services including: SEO ranking, store badge, VIP clients, FAB package clients, Invitation to live events to showcase your services, analytics, unlimited bookings etc.

A review can only be removed if it was posted by mistake or is proven to be unrelated to an appointment or service. To counter a review or request take-down, please email us at support@jenevapalace.com with the customer’s name and order number of the appointment.
